Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the JAIA9 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age set by your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited by the platform or relevant authorities.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and JAIA9 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any credit balances without compensation if this violation is detected.

JAIA9 follows a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit valid identification documents such as a MyKad or passport for account verification. This verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

JAIA9 supports a variety of safe and convenient payment methods including local bank transfers, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other digital payment options available in Malaysia. All transactions are processed using industry-approved encryption protocols.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 or as per the limit set for each payment method.
• All deposits are credited to your account instantly once payment confirmation is received.
• JAIA9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours once verification is complete.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 for most payment methods.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• JAIA9 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for large withdrawal amounts.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.

Any attempt to transfer funds through third parties, conduct fraudulent transactions, or use unauthorized payment methods will result in your account being immediately suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

JAIA9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering (rollover) requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.

• Welcome bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been met.
• Rollover requirements typically range from 5x to 20x depending on the type of bonus received.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotional offer.
• JAIA9 reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse or promotional exploitation.
• Members may not stack more than one bonus at a time unless otherwise stated.

Member Conduct & Fair Use

All JAIA9 members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that manipulates game outcomes.
• Colluding with other members to cheat the system or exploit game vulnerabilities.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Submitting false identification documents or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Conducting money laundering or using this platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing support team members or other members in chat.

JAIA9 operates an advanced 24/7 monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity will be suspended immediately while an investigation is conducted.

Intellectual Property Rights & Platform Content

All content on the JAIA9 platform, including logos, graphics, text, game software, page layouts, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of JAIA9 or our licensed partners. This content is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, sell, or modify any platform content without written consent from JAIA9. Using the JAIA9 logo or brand name for commercial purposes without authorization is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Liability Limits & Disclaimer

JAIA9 makes every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available free from technical disruptions, server delays, or third-party related issues.

• JAIA9 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control.
• Game results that have been completed and confirmed by the system are final.
• JAIA9 is not liable for losses resulting from a member's own negligence, such as sharing passwords or account information.
• JAIA9's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount of unused deposits held in that account.

Account Closure & Service Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the JAIA9 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the original payment method upon verification.

JAIA9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• A violation of any term within this document has occurred.
• Account suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be inaccurate or false.
• The member failed to complete the identity verification request within the specified timeframe.

In cases of account closure due to serious violations, JAIA9 reserves the right to forfeit all existing balances including pending wins and bonuses.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to JAIA9's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform should first be resolved through JAIA9's customer support channels via friendly negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the dispute to a mutually appointed neutral arbitrator. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
